Appeals Process
Every moderation decision comes with a written reason. If you believe we got it wrong, you can appeal once.
Who can appeal
- The reviewer, when a review is removed or marked not recommended.
- The claimed company, when a report is declined or a listing action is taken.
How to appeal
Reply to the decision notice in your dashboard, or contact us with the case reference. Include any new evidence — an appeal without new information will usually be upheld as originally decided.
What happens next
- A moderator who did not make the original decision reviews the case.
- We respond with a written outcome and record it in the case history.
- Appeal outcomes are final unless new evidence emerges.
What is not appealable
We do not reverse a review simply because a business disputes it, offers a refund, or advertises with us.
