1. What Palmigos is

Palmigos is a marketplace that introduces property owners to independent palm service providers. We are not a contractor, we do not perform palm work, and we are not a party to any agreement you make with a provider.

2. Using the platform

Submit accurate project information and only for projects you control.
Do not use the platform to harvest provider or customer data.
Do not submit false, duplicate or automated requests.

3. Provider selection and quality

We verify business identity, licensing where applicable, insurance and palm experience. Verification is not a warranty of workmanship, pricing or outcome. You are responsible for selecting a provider and reviewing their contract.

4. Fees

Use of Palmigos is free for property owners. Providers pay for qualified leads under the Provider Agreement.

5. Disclaimers and liability

The platform is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Palmigos is not liable for damages arising from work performed by a provider or from your reliance on information published on the site.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page.
