- Project request details you submit, including contact information and consent record.
- Account information if you create a customer or provider account.
- Provider business information such as licensing and insurance details.
- Basic technical data needed to operate and secure the platform.
How we use it
- To qualify your request and match it with relevant verified providers.
- To operate accounts, wallets, lead delivery and support.
- To detect fraud, abuse and duplicate or invalid leads.
Sharing with providers
When you submit a request and consent to contact, we share your project details with a limited set of matched providers so they can quote. Shared leads go to a small group; exclusive leads go to a single provider. We do not sell your contact data for unrelated marketing.
Your choices
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data.
- Withdraw consent to further contact at any time.
- Opt out of non-essential communications.
Security
Access to data is restricted by row-level database policies so customers see only their own requests and providers see only leads offered to them. Staff access is limited and audit-logged.
