What Verification Badges Mean

Badges describe evidence we checked on a specific date. They are not a guarantee of workmanship, price or outcome.

Claimed listing

An authorised representative completed verification and now manages the listing. It says nothing about quality.

Licence verified

We reviewed a licence document or public registry entry on the date shown and recorded its expiry. The badge suspends automatically when the record expires.

Insurance verified

We reviewed a certificate of insurance and recorded its expiry. We do not confirm ongoing coverage between checks — ask for a current certificate before work begins.

Verified Palmigos project

This review is tied to a request or purchased lead inside our own records, so we can corroborate that a real project connection existed.

Not currently recommended

Our automated checks found limited evidence of an independent first-hand experience. The review stays readable and is excluded from the rating. It is never applied because a review is negative.

Sponsored

A paid placement, always labelled. Sponsorship never changes reviews, ratings or organic ranking. See the sponsored content disclosure.
