Provider Agreement

Draft provider terms. Review with counsel before commercial launch.

1. Listing and verification

• Basic listings are free. Profiles stay unpublished until verification completes.
• You must maintain accurate licensing and active liability insurance.
• We may suspend a listing for unresolved complaints or lapsed credentials.

2. Lead pricing and wallet

• Leads are purchased from a prepaid wallet with a $100 minimum top-up.
• Shared leads are offered to a small set of providers; exclusive leads to one.
• Prices vary by category, market and lead quality score, and are shown before purchase.
• You control your maximum lead price and daily lead cap.

3. Credit policy

We credit leads back to your wallet for disconnected or invalid contact details, duplicates, out-of-area requests, wrong service category, or obvious spam. Credit requests must be submitted within seven days of purchase. Wallet funds are for lead purchases and are not cash-refundable except where required by law.

4. Response and conduct standards

• Contact purchased leads promptly, ideally within one business day.
• Provide written estimates and honour quoted scope.
• No bait-and-switch pricing, harassment, or repeated contact after opt-out.
• Do not resell or redistribute lead data.

5. Reviews

Reviews are tied to real projects. Providers may respond publicly but may not alter or suppress legitimate reviews.

6. Termination

Either party may end participation at any time. Remaining wallet balance may be used for leads until the account closes; unused balances are handled per applicable law.
